Founder’s Story
In December 2022, while working at Agos co-working space in Lagos, I met a co-founder of a growing SaaS company. As we chatted, he shared the challenges his company faced in scaling their sales efforts. With my years of experience in SaaS sales, I quickly recognized that many of these issues stemmed from a lack of proper structure and strategy.

His struggles planted a seed in my mind. I began to wonder how many sales teams across Africa were facing similar issues. As I spoke with more SaaS founders and sales leaders, it became clear that many were navigating sales with a “trial and error” approach and unclear strategies. This realization led to the birth of Ambridge Advisory.

Something had to be done to bridge the gap between potential and performance in African sales teams. However, the idea remained on the back burner until June 2024, when I assembled a team of passionate professionals. We conducted interviews with sales leaders and founders to deeply understand their needs, and with that insight, we crafted the right services to elevate their sales strategies.
